So, Satan, I admit since classes ended this week I have been in a video game coma
But something dark and sinister drove the united states postal service to deliver to me on a sunday night, and I cannot ignore such an omen

Thank you so much Satan! The game looks like a lot of fun and I had my eye on it to get after the new year, and I am going to start reading the book tonight, it looks really neat!
These include a dark sour from 2010, a barleywine aged in Bourbon Barrels from 2009, A Belgian ale from 2006 (which is very difficult to get in the US), and another barleywine from 1997.

I got a note from the gatosatan with a tracking number!

Honestly, I was kind of astounded at how big of a laugh my family got out of the cookie dicks when I was preparing them.
They couldn't stop laughing about it.
At one point my sister just kinda rolled her eyes, all
"A house full of women and you make cookie penises."
Also, the next day after I packed up all the cookies, I had some leftover dough and asked Hannah and Emily (My nieces) if they wanted any cookies.
Emily: Will they be penises?
Me: Not unless you want them to be.
Emily: Yeah, no thanks just regular cookies please. :P
Also my Mom had a laugh showing my sister the initial cookie sheet that was just layered with cookie dick from end to end.
I really should have gotten a photo of that one.
Yeah, I think that's the best batch I've made.
Last time I did that particular variety I used peppermint extract, which is fine! it gives it a nice peppermint flavor, but doesn't add any texture.
This time I just dumped a whole bunch of peppermint bits into the white chocolate, which I think turned out much better.
I'll be making another batch of that for Christmas with the family.
I'm at work right now, so I can't open it, and it might be something else, as my roommate has recently made some purchases using my Amazon account.
But it is there. It has made it inside, courtesy of said roommate. It awaits, hungrily.
