Cards getting switched around was what I figured! But not until after I'd opened the presents. Still, it didn't occur to me that the first present would be the expansion of the last, so I was racking my brain wondering what it could be. No surprises ruined!
Oh, and the poem? I came up with the first two rhymes and then instead of writing a thing out and performing it like a reasonable person, I just improvised the rest. When it looks like I'm reading from off screen, I'm totally just trying to think of what to say next, like an idiot.

OMG EARRINGS! And fake gauge kinda things I like! I put like a hundred on my etsy favorites list but I'd never buy them for myself, which makes these a great gift. Also I love dangly wood earrings too so yay!
